Lastly - Images

These are just some screen shots of Club Penguin and Windowsil that show the sort of thing i wanted to go along with. Also a bit of mario!

Other Notes

I included a sound flip in my game that plays at the beginning and all the way through.

I used an adobe tutorials to get sound working.

I also published my game as an application so can run on its own and made it into full screen mode so you have the feel of a real game.

I had a lot of changes with my game and i have to thank Ciril for helping me understand AS so i could get it too work in mine. Tarwin told me mine was wrong as i had it all on the same layer on diff frames, but then worked it out so they are on layers but same frame just hiding different ones each time something happens.

Text Box include

I had the idea of including a input text box so that players can record there names and then at the end it tells them Well Done......(name) whatever they typed. Was able to get it working at the start but didnt have time to get it at the end screen.

Scenes in order

Image 1- Starting screen
Image 2- Instructions
Image 3- Game
Image 4 - Game with falling particle balls
Image 5- End screen (does have a error becuase the glow balls are still falling so need to stop them)

Buttons and end screen

These were the buttons i created for my game (shown top) The middle image shows the buttons needed, timeline ect. and my final image is the end screen i set up for when the time expires telling the player what they did.

Backgrounds

These are the backgrounds i am gonna use for my game: I wanted to keep them simple but have a flow of the world still being taken over. so from city to darkness.

Plans

Next step was setting out the plans of scenes and what i wanted to happen. Also working with seren to talk about some action scripting techniques to include.
layouts for background
end screen scores tally
how you go one scene to another
